In view of the current COVID-19 situation, the Singapore government has released another travel lane for Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and foreign visitors with short or long-term visit pass. This travel lane is different from the existing Work Pass Holder Lane (WPHL) and Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA) as travelers do not need to serve the Stay-Home-Notice (SHN) for a fixed number of days.
Eligible countries are as follows:
Australia, Brunei, Canada, Denmark1, France2, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands3, The United Kingdom4 and The United States of America5 [From 15 Nov 2021] The Republic of Korea [From 29 Nov 2021] Finland, Malaysia, Sweden
To be eligible for quarantine-free travel under the Vaccinated Travel Lane, travelers must fulfil the following criteria and the conditions of the VTL.
1. Fully vaccinated with WHO Emergency Use Listing Vaccines
2. Hold an Accepted Proof of Vaccination
3. Fulfil Travel History & Designated VTL Flight Requirements
Travelers departing from Finland, Malaysia and Sweden may only submit their applications from 22 Nov 2021
Please note the following when making the application:
Accompanying children aged 12 and below and are unvaccinated do not need to apply.
Applications must be submitted between 7 and 60 days before the intended date of entry into Singapore.
Applications must be supported with digitally verifiable vaccination certificate QR code(s).
A VTP is valid for 6 calendar days from the traveler's chosen date of entry.
